Description
The National Park Service, ConOps West, has a requirement to Replace the Volcano House Fire Suppression System, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park (HAVO)
Work to include:
This project is to replace the existing fire suppression system in the 1877 Volcano House.
The acquisition is subject to the North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238220 with a size standard of $19M. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB (Sealed Bid) prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. This project will be solicited as 100% small business set-aside. A single firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated.
Place of performance will be Hawaii Volcanoes National Park (HAVO).
The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued on/or about 11 Feb 2026 and will be posted to SAM.gov.
The contracting office will not provide hardcopies of the solicitation.
REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI). Also, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), website at http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications at the time of the solicitation close date.
