Where:  Doubletree by Hilton Phoenix Midtown (4000 North Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85012)

Why: The primary focus is to connect with our staff with industry and build business relationships. Please register early as attendance is limited. The most recent forecast of LA District opportunities can be found at: https://www.spl.usace.army.mil/Business-With-Us/Small-Business-Program/. There is no charge to attend the BOOH.

This SAM posting will be open through April 18th, 2026 to allow attendees the opportunity to download slide presentations (to be posted after March 18)

After the BOOH, SPL intends to hold capabilities briefings with firms interested in AZ based VA opportunities. Please see attachment for details

Apart from the SPL BOOH, the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), Phoenix Post will host their annual Industry Government Engagement (IGE) on March 17th (8A-5P). Personnel from Gov agencies and facilities throughout AZ will be on hand to discuss their upcoming projects. SPL personnel will also be on hand if you would like to engage them about one/more of the projects above. There is a nominal fee to attend the IGE. Please turn to: https://www.same.org/phoenix/ for further information. The BOOH and the IGE are two separate events.
