Notice of Intent to Solicit and Award a Sole Source Contract for Dredge Murden - Drag Arm Winch And Hydraulic Power Unit The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, intends to award a sole source contract for the Dredge Murden, to provide one (1) replacement Drag-arm winch and one (1) replacement Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU).
