Description

This project will provide a new electrical service upgrade for the campus. The project scope will include demolition of existing electrical equipment and generators from Building 16 as well as the building itself. A new addition will be added to Building 1 for the primary switchgear and the new generators. The new equipment upgrades will include three (3) emergency generators, associated automatic transfer switches (ATSs) and three (3) new unit substations.

The project includes a 6,600 square foot addition to the south side of Building 1 for the installation of new campus electrical distribution equipment. The project also includes the installation of (3) new 600 kW standby generators for the campus.

Amendment 0001 

Corrects bid due date and time, provides sign in log and tour map, provides notes from the site visit, reminds bidders of FAR 52.214-19. 

Amendment 0002 

Postpones bid due date and time. RFI responses are still in work; Gov't expects to publish responses about 2/9/26.  Attachments include important information for bidders.

Issues responses to seven (7) Requests for Information.

Clarifies one RFI response, amends Block 11a of amendment 0003.
