Project Description - Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and supervision to Replace Deteriorated AHU 21,22,23,and 24 at the Malcolm Randall Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The renovation consists of preparing site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work IAW design and specifications In accordance with 38 U.S.C. § 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this procurement is set aside for SDVOSBs utilizing a tiered set-aside evaluation approach, including other than small businesses, to minimize delays in the re-solicitation process.
