Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 10
(NCO 10), Ann Arbor, MI 48105, intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm fixed-price contract for
maintenance, parts and installation for the Evoqua Water Sterilization System at the Saginaw VA Medical
Center, to Evoqua Water Technologies, LLC, 10 Technology Drive, Lowell, MA 01851 in accordance
with FAR 13.106-1(b). This acquisition is for the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss Street,
Saginaw, MI 48602.
The government intends to award the contract on or about April 30, 2026, to Evoqua Water Technologies,
LLC, 10 Technology Drive, Lowell, MA 01851, DUNS 129138421.
This notice satisfies the FAR 5.201(b)(1) requirement requiring publication of the proposed contract
action. This notice of intent is not a request for quote, and no solicitation shall be made available. In
accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), contractors may submit a capabilities statement or quotation which
shall be considered by the agency. The government shall not pay for any costs incurred by responses to
this notice
