Description
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation formally invites you to submit a quote for RFQ# CORHQ-26-Q-0019. The purpose of this solicitation is to procure Sony Switcher and Control Panel Training for the FDIC Virginia Square location. Training is required to ensure proper configuration and utilization of the new equipment. The contractor will provide expert-level training to FDIC audiovisual staff on setup, configuration, and operation of the switcher and control panels for three (3) consecutive 8-hour days. The trainer will provide reference materials and learning aids. The contractor will provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, supplies, materials and equipment (except for Government furnished items). We request offerors to utilize the Price Schedule to fill in your pricing for all line items needed. Please provide your most favorable discount to the Government. Any Terms and Conditions, EULA, or MSAs must be sent with your quote to be incorporated in the subsequent contract award, the FDIC prefers Government approved terms. See Attachment M-1 for Evaluation criteria.
