The scope of works includes all labor, materials, and equipment required to relocate approximately 80 cubic yards of contaminated soil to a new land farm location at Chiniak School and excaate approximately 30 cubic yards of contaminated soil and place in new land farm at Karluk School, per work plans provided by Kodiak Island Borough and approved by Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation.
