The operations to be performed must include normal tread maintenance, heavy tread maintenance, seeding, mulching, silt fencing, Riprap (R-3), collection and disposal of litter and trash, vegetation cutting and removal, under brushing, erosion control, ditch cleaning, and other miscellaneous services as described herein.
