Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from beta.SAM.gov, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to offerors about the quote submission process. Description: Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment as well as proof of certification if required in the Statement of Work (SOW) to service, inspect, repair and maintain the Axiom Artis equipment currently located at the Buffalo VAMC. Vendor shall include proof of certification along with quote submittal. All responsible sources may submit complete quote packages. Complete packages shall be considered by the Agency.
