The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR)- Grand Coulee Power Office has a requirement to purchase and replenish warehouse stock of new Wire Copper Cable Multi Conductor 7C, 10 AWG for Grand Coulee, WA.
This acquisition is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 331420 - Copper Rolling, Drawing, Extruding, and Alloying. Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,050 employees. The Product Service Code is 6145 - Wire and Cable, Electrical.
IAW FAR 52.225-1 Buy American Supplies Clause will be applicable to this requirement.
Reclamation intends to award one firm firm-fixed-price contract. The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1726Q0017, (written) is approximately the first week of February 2026. The anticipated closing date is the second week of February 2026. The anticipated award date is the third week of February 2026. All dates in this notice are subject to change. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site.
