Description
Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service (SCRAPS) is soliciting bids from firms specializing in Animal Carcass Disposal Services. Services will be required on a weekly basis throughout the contract term. Weekly pick-up, transportation, and disposal of domestic animal carcasses per EPA guidelines, WAC 246-203-121, and Spokane County Code. Pick-up location: SCRAPS facility at 6815 E Trent, Spokane Valley, WA. Transport carcasses to contractor’s rendering or cremation facility; bids must include disposal methodology (landfill or cremation). All carcasses must be bagged prior to disposal (bags will not be provided by SCRAPS)
