Description
This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform mowing services at the Markland Locks and Dam project recreation and operational areas, as specified and in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provisions, Drawings, Attachments, Exhibits, etc., contained herein or incorporated by reference.
Quotes are due on 7 April 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561730. The size standard is $9.5M.
The solicitation will be available on the web only. Telephone and Fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can view, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. To download the solicitation for this project, contractors are required to register at the Federal Business Opportunities. Amendments will be available from the beta.sam.gov website by download only. The attached Summary of Changes provides a list of provisions and clauses that have been updated to comply with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO).
This amendment to the solicitation also clarifies that this is for mowing services only. Any reference to spraying services in the extended CLIN descriptions has been removed. The Statement of Work remains unchanged.
The solicitation closing date is hereby extended to 09 April 2026 at 1 PM EDT.
Offerors must acknowledge this amendment by signing the SF 30 along with the initial Request for Quote (RFQ) by signing the SF 1449 when submitting their quote.
All other terms and conditions in the solicitation remain unchanged.
