The National Park Service (NPS), Department of Interior (DOI), Martin Luther King Jr National Historical Park, Atlanta Georgia, has a requirement for the following project;
To perform structural reinforcement and porch support installation at the NPS MALU Birth Home located on Auburn Avenue, Atlanta Georgia. The work will address stabilization measures.

This procurement is being set aside for Small Business. If your company is interested, submit your detailed capabilities in writing to demonstrate the same or similar experience to this project. This is not a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation to bid. No proposal package, solicitation, specification, or drawings are available with this announcement. Response to this announcement is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Pre-Solicitation announcement, or any follow-up information requests. Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer using the data within the SAM registration database.

A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued.
