The National Park Service (NPS), Department of Interior (DOI), Martin Luther King Jr National Historical Park, Atlanta Georgia, has a requirement for the following project;
To perform structural reinforcement and porch support installation at the NPS MALU Birth Home located on Auburn Avenue, Atlanta Georgia. The work will address stabilization measures.

This procurement is being set aside for Small Business. If your company is interested, submit your detailed capabilities in writing to demonstrate the same or similar experience to this project. This is not a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation to bid. No proposal package, solicitation, specification, or drawings are available with this announcement. Response to this announcement is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Pre-Solicitation announcement, or any follow-up information requests. If you choose to submit a package, clearly identify the park and project on your package (structural reinforcement and porch support installation, Martin Luther King Jr National Historical Park), Identify your socio-economic status for Small Business.

Your response is due no later than 0900hrs/9:00 am Eastern Time on 9 March 2026.

The Government anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this requirement. The amount of interest or lack thereof will determine the possibility of a competitive set-aside or full and open competition. All firms should be registered and certified in the Systems for Awards Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov, in order to participate in this requirement. Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer using the data within the SAM registration database.
