Description
This is a request for proposals (RFP) for Technical Expertise and Support Services for the FHWA Office of Safety. This is the finalized RFP from the posting entitled "Draft RFP - Technical Expertise and Support Services for the FHWA Office of Safety." Minor changes from the draft document are noted in red font color in this final RFP.
Amendment 1 extends the Phase 1 due date through December 2, 2025. Please note updated Phase 2 and oral presentation dates as well.
Amendment 2 posts answers to questions, posts an updated version of the RFP document, posts an updated Attachment J.1, and posts a Word copy of Attachment J.3.
Amendment 3 posts answers to Phase 2 questions (2 questions) and posts an updated RFP. Phase 2 proposals will only be accepted from Offerors that submitted responsive and compliant Phase 1 proposals.
Amendment 4 posts the answer to an additional Phase 2 question.
Amendment 5 posts answers to additional Phase 2 questions as well as an updated RFP document. Please submit any remaining questions no later than COB 1/2/26. If you submit questions after this time, please also copy Melanie.Pollard@dot.gov. The Government reserves the right not to answer any questions received after COB 1/2/26.
