The U.S. Army Contracting Command- New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command- Armament Center (DEVCOM-AC) intends to issue a Request for Quote for Enterprise Level AutoDesk License Renewals. This is being issued as a brand name only requirement under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(A)(1)(i)(B) and FAR 8.405-6(b)(1) Brand Name, to DLT Solutions, Herndon, VA, under the Department of Defense (DoD) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The redacted version of the brand name justification is attached to this notice. The resultant call order shall be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price, commercial call order, with a period of performance of 12 months.
