THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to cut and chemically treat approximately two (2) acres of vegetation greater than one (1) inch in diameter along the Surry Mountain Dam, Surry, NH ledge walls, and spillway floor. Woody stems less than one (1) inch in diameter do not require cutting but do require herbicide treatment. Evergreen vegetation shall be cut but do not require herbicide treatment. All vegetation debris greater than one (1) inch in diameter shall be disposed of by Contractor in accordance with local, state, and federal law.
