Description
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Boulder, CO, is seeking a qualified contractor to perform interior painting and flooring replacement in Building 51. The project includes removal and replacement of approximately 1,500 square feet of carpet tile, VCT flooring, cove base, and transition strips, as well as preparation and painting of interior walls and door frames. Work will be performed on an active, secure federal campus and will require coordination with NIST personnel, adherence to safety and security requirements, and accommodation of night and weekend work to minimize operational disruption.
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project in accordance with the Statement of Work. The period of performance is anticipated to be 120 days from Notice to Proceed.
