Questions and Answers will be posted by Wednesday, December 24, 2025. ****************************************************************************************************** Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) is soliciting proposals providing Construction Services for MI-8 Test Stand HVAC as defined in the Scope of Work. The Subcontractor shall perform all work as described in the Statement of Work for the Construction Services for MI-8 Test Stand HVAC and all exhibits. All work shall include transportation, overhead, bonding costs, insurance, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required to construct the project described in the scope of work and all exhibits. A Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit are scheduled for 09:00 AM, Central Daylight Time, December 3, 2025. Participants should meet Brett Buzzelli at the entrance to the Fermilab Welcome and Access Center (FWAC) before being escorted to MI-8 project site . For Access to the National Lab, all subcontractors are required to submit their information at least 7 days prior to the date of the site visit for approval. See RFP for detailed information.
