Telephone inquiries shall not be accepted. **This is not a full statement of work but should allow vendors to determine if they are able to perform services of this size and scope. General The Department of Veterans Affairs New York Harbor Healthcare System (VA NYHHS) requires a qualified firm with the capability and capacity to provide Sunni Muslim chaplaincy services for Muslim Veterans who specifically request faith-based spiritual care, from the base year of award through four (4) option years. Services shall include telephone triage and in-person spiritual care visits, with an estimated level of effort of approximately 4 to 4.5 hours per week, inclusive of direct patient counseling and related documentation.
