Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) is soliciting proposals providing Construction of New Egress Doors and Egress Modifications at the HEERC DUNE Cold Lab as defined in the Scope of Work.


The Subcontractor shall perform all work as described in the Statement of Work for the install of new Egress Doors and Egress Modifications and all exhibits.  This requirement also has a requirement for an optional Egress Door.  All work shall include transportation, overhead, bonding costs, insurance, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required to construct the project described in the scope of work and all exhibits.


A Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit are scheduled for 09:00 AM, Central Daylight Time, March 25, 2026.  Participants should email ginakern@fnal.gov with the name(s), company name, email address(s), and telephone number(s) of all those attending for the Point of Contact you will be meeting at Fermilab Welcome and Access Center.   See RFP for detailed information.
