This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 12639526Q0026 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal Plant Health Inspection Services (APHIS) intends to award a firm fixed- price Base plus two (2) option years contract for janitorial service for the National Wildlife Research Center (NWRC) facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. Pricing includes all costs necessary to accomplish the services in the statement of work.

This acquisition is set aside exclusively for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.  The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
