Dear Prospective Quoter:
Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for one (1) New Water Truck. The U.S. Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order.
Quotations are due no later than March 19, 2026, at 17:00 East Africa Time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be submitted in English. Incomplete quotations will not be considered.
Your quotation must be submitted electronically to DarProcurementbid@state.gov. The subject line must read: RFQ: PR15871858 – GSO Motor Pool New Water Truck Purchase. Offers sent to any other email address may not be considered.
Electronic submissions must be in MS Word 2007/2010, MS Excel 2007/2010, or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format. The total file size must not exceed 30MB. If the total file size exceeds 30MB, the submission must be divided into separate files and sent in multiple emails, with each email containing attachments under 30MB.
To be considered for award, your quotation must include:
- Pricing and specifications as requested in Sections I and II (Statement of Work)
- Completed “Clauses for Purchase Orders and Blanket Purchase Agreements Awarded by Overseas Contracting Activities”
- Warranty statement
- Delivery schedule
- Proof of SAM registration
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to submission of their quotation, as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered in SAM at the time of submission will result in the offeror being deemed non-responsible, and no further consideration will be given.
