All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work: Replacement of carpet floor finish and base at the Kodiak Fisheries Research Center. Work is required to be completed after hours or on weekends to ensure uninterrupted operations for building occupants. All work must be substantially complete not later than November 15, 2022 and final completion achieved not later than December 1, 2022. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on August 23 rd , 2022 at 10:00am local time at Kodiak Fisheries Research Center at 301 Research Court, Kodiak, AK 99615. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend this pre-bid conference.
