Attached is the Integrated Priority List (IPL) for construction projects planned for award in Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 and design projects planned for award in FY 2026 - 2028.
This list incorporates all National Guard Bureau (NGB) Military Construction (MILCON) and Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) funded projects. The list does not include Installation/Base Level funded projects. Procurement method for each project is determined individually at the Installation/Base level.
