The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, will release a solicitation for the provision of maintenance services for the boilers and heating equipment of the US Mission in Paris, France.

The resultant contract will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment requirement IDIQ (indefinite delivery indefinite quantity) contract under which will be issued task orders. The contract will be for a base year with four one-year options if exercised by the Government.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
