The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant with wastewater treatment plant experience to provide engineering support services for the Wastewater Facilities Job Order Contract (JOC) Program at the 23 rd Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Services will include design and construction administration and inspection services.BackgroundThe Wastewater Facilities Job Order Contracting program is intended to provide general contracting services on an as needed basis for the 23 rd Avenue WWTP. The maximum allowable cost per Job Order is $4,000,000.
