Description

Furnish all trained labor, supervision, management, management support,
transportation, supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish a complete Annual
Emergency Generator, Annual Load Bank, and Annual Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) Preventive
Maintenance and Testing and Provide Emergency Service for the Northern Indiana Health Care Systems
Fort Wayne Campus twice a year. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, test equipment and
parts required to perform preventive maintenance and load testing on emergency generators and ATS
equipment. Contractor shall provide two (2) Periodic Services, one (1) Annual Maintenance, and
Emergency Call back Services as needed. Contractor shall also be available for 24hr callback service.
Contractor shall perform all tasks required in accordance with manufacturer’s requirements in order to
complete preventative maintenance.
