This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
The Contractors shall provide janitorial services for the Sandpoint Ranger District on the Idaho Panhandle National Forests. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, labor, and supplies (except those provided by the Government) necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the location designated on the Schedule of Supplies/Services and in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Equipment and supplies furnished by the contractor shall be a quality and size commonly used by commercial firms in servicing a building of comparable size.
Solicitation number 1240BD26Q0034 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The Sandpoint Ranger District Office, Idaho Panhandle National Forests, is located at 1602 Ontario Steet, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864. Janitorial services are needed for three Government-owned facilities. Two of the buildings will require year-round janitorial services and one of the buildings will require bi-annual janitorial services. Janitorial services are required year-round for the Sandpoint Ranger District Office and the Fire Office Restroom. Janitorial services are required bi-annually for the Sandpoint Ranger District Bunkhouse.
The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720. The small business size standard is $22.0 Million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The Service code is S201 Janitorial Services.
The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract with 1 base year and 4 Option Years for a possible total of 5 years. The period of performance will be:
Base Period 06/01/2026 – 05/31/2027
Option Period 1 06/01/2027 – 05/31/2028
Option Period 2 06/01/2028 – 05/31/2029
Option Period 3 06/01/2029 – 05/31/2030
Option Period 4 06/01/2030 – 05/31/2031
