Description: This is a pre-solicitation notice for an upcoming requirement from the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Morale, Welfare, and Recreation, a Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI) of the Department of the Army. The NAFI intends to issue a solicitation for a concessionaire agreement to operate a full-service, unisex barbershop at the DLA Headquarters Complex located in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
