Description

. SUBMITAL OF QUESTIONS AND OFFERS. QUESTIONS shall be received no later than 10:00am CST Friday, 1/16/2026. OFFERS shall be received no later than 09:59am CST, Saturd 1/31/2026 All Questions and Offers shall be emailed to Becky.delossantos@va.gov The SUBJECT LINE of all emails shall include RFQ 36C26326Q0210 2. GENERAL. This solicitation is issued under FAR 12 Commercial & FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Brand-Name Only The Government intends to award without Discussions. Partial Offers are not being accepted. The Contract will be: Single Award, Firm Fixed Price.. Award is anticipated by 02/06/2026. Late offers will be treated as described in 52.212-4 Delivery is FOB Destination. Offerors are required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer (or quotation) at time of award. The Government intends to evaluate all line items on a group basis and make a single award for BAA applicability. . 3. RECOMMENDATION TO USE the SF1449. a. We recommend that offerors fill in and sign this RFQ SF 1449 and submit it as their offer; fill-in, sign and submit the WHOLE document, do not just sign and submit the first page. b. An Offeror may choose to submit their own Quote and not use the SF 1449. If so, offer must include the following statement: “The terms and conditions contained in the Request for Quote are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion, or addition.” c. Any offeror that does not agree to sign the 1449 or any offer that does not include the above statement shall explain what section of the RFQ they do not agree to and why. Note: Rejection of any terms and conditions may result in the offer not being evaluated for award. 4. BUY AMERICAN CERTIFICATE. Buy American Certificate, attached must be completed and signed: Our market research revealed that all or most of the items required are produced domestically. However, please list any Foreign (not produced in the U.S.) items in the left column of the Table at paragraph (b) on the Buy American Certificate, and list the country they are produced in in the middle column for Country of Origin; See Yellow Highlights on Buy American Certification. Enter NONE if there are no Foreign items. Page 3 of 75 Fill in and sign the bottom where it says “Contractor Certification.” 7. CLINS. Note that the CLINs on the SCHEDULE are organized by Facility, i.e., CLINS 0001-0011 are for the Fargo VA Medial Center. 8.
