You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) entitled 26-015 ¿ After-Hours Janitorial Services for the Clovis DMV Field Office. Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled at 2:00 p.m. on 3/19/2026 at Clovis DMV field office (Meeting in front of Window 1), 2103 Shaw Avenue, Clovis, CA 93611, for the purpose of discussing concerns regarding this IFB. Written questions due by 10:00 a.m. on 3/24/2026. Written responses released by 5:00 p.m. on 3/26/2026. Final date for bid submission is 11:59 p.m. on 4/1/2026. Bid opening is 10:00 a.m. on 4/2/2026. Proposed Start Date: 7/1/2026.
