THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. The Department of Energy (DOE) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price award to a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106 Soliciting Competition, Evaluation of Quotations or Offers, Award and Documentation. DOE intends to award this requirement as a sole source to the Coveo Software Corporation. Coveo is the sole provider for access to the required Coveo for Sitecore Enterprise Cloud.
The contractor shall provide the Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Scientific and Technical Information (OSTI), a one-year subscription to Coveo for Sitecore. The subscription period is 1/31/2026 through 1/30/2027.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 423430 – Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers., with the size standard of 250 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotes.
Any vendor who believes it is capable of meeting the DOE-OSTI’s requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which will be considered only if received by January 9, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. EST. Responses to this posting must be in writing and submitted to barnettn@ostig.ov. A determination not to compete the proposed order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Please note that any prospective offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to award in accordance with FAR part 4.11.
