Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Bennettsville, South Carolina intends to issue solicitation 15B31726Q00000007 for the requirements of QUARTERLY Subsistence. This solicitation is restricted, set aside 100% for Small Business, FOB Destination, and the delivery date will be on or around April 1, 2026. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 696 Muckerman Road, Bennettsville, South Carolina 29512. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards and will award to the responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered equally. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 5, 2026, and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website, https://sam.gov. Hard Copies of the solicitation will not be available. This site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this solicitation, including amendments and award information will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. Quotes will be due February 20, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The Government reserves the right to make payment using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card. Each vendor is required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM); information can be obtained at www.sam.gov. Each offeror is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
