The project scope consists of e xtending the concrete pad at the head of the gangway at Anton Larsen Bay Dock. All work must be substantially completed not later than July 31, 2020, with final completion no later than August 14, 2020. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference at the KIB Projects Office, 720 Egan Way, Kodiak, Alaska, on March 3, 2020 at 10:00 am local time. All potential bidders are encouraged to attend this conference. Complete bidding documents for this project are available in electronic form.
