DESCRIPTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 effective August 27, 2025. This solicitation is a 100% Certified VOSB Set-Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 922160, with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. The FSC/PSC is H312. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4, Services 2, 1010 Delafield Road Pittsburgh, PA 15215 is seeking to purchase Portable Fire Extinguisher Inspections at VAMC Coatesville PA.
