Print Bid Title: Bayside Fire Department Paving Project Category: Construction Services Status: Closed Description: The Kodiak Island Borough will receive sealed bids until 2 pm (local time) June 27th, 2019 for Bayside Fire Department Paving Project, Kodiak, Alaska. The scope of work is to prepare existing base course and provide asphalt paving at parking area in front of Bayside Fire Department. Asphalt thickness to be five inches for ten-foot area in front of existing building, and three inches over remaining area. Total project area is approximately 6,700 square feet. All work must be substantially completed not later than August 30, 2019, with final completion no later than September 13, 2019. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference at the project site, 4606 Rezanof Drive, Kodiak, Alaska, on June 18, 2019 at 10:00 am local time. All potential bidders are encouraged to attend this conference. Bids will be received at the Borough Manager’s Office and only until the time stated above, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Borough Conference room, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, Alaska.
