Description
The Town of North Wilkesboro seeks qualified contractors to perform grading, landscaping, and paving work. The project consists of repairing a slope that was damaged by Hurricane Helene. The work includes construction of a stone retaining wall 60 feet long by 4-5 feet tall from Class II Stone at the bottom of the slope, repairing 120 feet long by 52’ high slope with Class B Rip Rap Stone, using Geotextile soil stabilization fabric with 120# tensile strength under neath, and resurfacing approximately 105 LF by 16’ wide of 13th Street with 2” surface course asphalt. Visitation of the site prior to submitting a proposal is highly recommended.
