This notice does not obligate the Government to post a solicitation or make any other contract action. ---The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers ? St. Paul District requires a Contractor to supply Perishable Subsistence Items (i.e. Groceries) to the Dredge Goetz Fleet at various points on the Mississippi River during the 2026 Dredging Season (1 May ? 31 December 2026). ---Ordering Officers from the Goetz will typically place orders for provisions weekly six days prior to desired delivery, but this may be less due to operational tempo and changing conditions. Orders will be limited to items listed on the Schedule of Food Items, and delivery will be limited to the listed sites in Attachment 2. Deliveries will take place Monday ? Friday, 0800 ? 1700. Goetz crew will assist with unloading delivery vehicle. ---Offerors will be asked to provide pricing for each of the approximately 850 items on the Schedule of Food Items. The document attached to this Pre-Solicitation Notice is not final and is subject to change; it is provided for planning purposes only. The first order is typically placed for delivery around May 1 and is very large, to fill the pantry and freezers for the season. Typical orders during the season are limited to fresh fruit, seasonal vegetables, fresh dairy and eggs, fresh baked goods, and items that the kitchen runs low on. ---This solicitation will be 100% set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 311991, with an SBA size standard of 700 employees.
