NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE – SPECTRA SYSTEMS CORPORATION
Covert Security Features Materials
The Bureau of Engraving and Printing Office of Production Development intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contract to acquire Covert Security Features Materials utilizing Justification and Approval in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(B). The intended contractor is Spectra Systems Corporation.
This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement. Any cost associated with the preparation and submission of data or information, or any other costs incurred in responding to this notice is the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
