Work may start on site on March 1, 2020. All work must be substantially complete not later than September 15, 2020 and final completion achieved not later than September 30, 2020. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on January 7, 2020 at 10:00 am (local time) at Bayside Fire Station, 4606 E. Rezanof Drive, Kodiak, Alaska. Potential bidders are encouraged to attend this conference. Addenda will be posted only on the KIB website. Registered bidders will receive email notification of an Addendum when it has been posted on the website. Plan holders list will be posted on the KIB website and updated periodically.
