The scope of work includes removing two existing culverts at the road to Salonie Creek Rifle Range, installing a new 20-foot long wooden bridge with concrete footings, and reconstructing stream bed as described in the design documents. Work includes all necessary excavation, backfill, bypass pumping, dewatering, revegetation, and restoration of the site. All in-stream work must be complete not later than October 15, 2021. All remaining work must be complete not later than October 30, 2021. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on July 22, 2021 at 10:00 am local time at the entrance to Salonie Creek Rifle Range at mile 11.5 of the Chiniak Highway. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend this pre-bid conference.
