The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 intends to award a Sole Source Contract to U.S. Hospitality Publishers Inc. to continue service, support and licensing for the pCare Interactive Patient Care System which is the system in use the Fargo VA Healthcare System. This action will result in a firm fixed price contract, base year with four option years. Sole Source Justification attached. Other entities may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement as follows: Responses shall be received no later than 01/09/2025 at 12:00 p.m. CDT. Responses shall be emailed to Joseph.Bennett@va.gov. Responses shall include in the subject line: 36C26326Q0253. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Government. The Government will consider responses received by the closing date of this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a full and open competitive procurement or a small business set aside competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this announcement. If the Government decides to compete this requirement, a synopsis shall be issued utilizing the combined synopsis/solicitation procedure identified in FAR 12.603. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
