Items not received on or before February 20, 2018, will be the responsibility and at the expense of the company to ship directly to the Kodiak Island Borough. Bid prices are to be guaranteed for sixty (60) days from the bid date. Contracts will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder(s) offering the lowest price for each item.
