All replacement badges shall be delivered to the COR at the Main hospital. Contractor shall complete all requirements to gain unescorted access including fingerprinting and a background investigation if necessary. License Requirements The Contractor shall obtain all necessary licenses and/or permits required to perform the work. In addition, the Contractor shall provide the COR with a copy of any licenses and/or permits obtained.
