Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purchase of Powder-Free Latex and Nitrile Gloves. This notice is not a request for proposals. The solicitation will be issued under FAR Overhaul FAR 8.103 mandatory sources of supplies. Any inquires by a contractor that is not an AbilityOne Participating Nonprofit Agency will not be considered. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 339113 - Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing.
In accordance with FAR Overhaul FAR 12.201-1(c)(2), the Government may solicit quotations directly from suppliers for this acquisition at or below the simplified acquisition threshold. Vendors that respond to this notice and provide a valid point of contact MAY BE issued the solicitation directly via email. It is the vendor’s responsibility to notify the point of contact below of their interest in this requirement.
The solicitation (RFQ) will be issued on or about March 11th, 2026. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or receive a response.
