The National Park Service, Department of Interior, is soliciting proposals for construction firms having the capability to perform the work described below. This solicitation will be issued electronically, on the SAM.gov website. The entire solicitation package will be available in Adobe PDF. Paper copies of the solicitation when issued will not be made available.

Vendors can search for opportunities and award history on SAM.gov without registering. The SAM.gov website has an Interested Vendors List and a Watch list where you can add your company's interest. Title of Project: Grand Teton National Park (GRTE), Taggart Lake Area Renewal - PMIS 314711

Description: The requirement is for construction of Taggart Lake Parking Lot and Trailhead Area and Cottonwood Creek Picnic Area, Grand Teton National Park (GRTE, Park), Teton County, Wyoming. The Park entrance is located on Teton Park Road, northwest of US HWY 89 near Moose, Wyoming. The Taggart Lake Parking Lot and Trailhead Area are accessed by Teton Park Road, approximately 4.8 miles northwest of Moose, WY. The Cottonwood Creek Picnic Area is approximately 5.2 miles northwest of Moose, WY, or 0.4 miles northeast of the Taggart Lake Parking Lot.

The work includes construction of a 140-vehicle paved parking lot for Taggart Lake Trailhead. Also included is the extension of a paved multi-use path to the trailhead area. The trailhead includes site furnishings like comfort stations, drinking fountain, three-panel kiosk, masonry seat wall, boulders, and benches. This project will improve well-used areas and increase the parking capacity and accessibility.

Location of Work: Grand Teton National Park, Teton County, Wyoming, USA

Type of Procurement: A negotiated firm-fixed contract will be awarded in response to the solicitation. The government will consider an offeror's technical capability in comparison to its price.

Project Magnitude: Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.

Time for contract completion: The period of performance will start in approximately August 2026 and be completed by approximately 15 November 2027.

This procurement is being solicited as a Total Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. The small business size standard for NAICS 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction is $45 million.
