Catering - Cook on site CSTS 5MAR26-27MAR26

The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for Catered Meals – Cook On-Site at, CAMP SMITH TRAINING SITE (CSTS), CORTLANDT MANOR, NY 10567-5000.  05 March 2026 - 27 March 2026.

Solicitation number is W912PQ-26-Q-A006

Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.

This requirement is a small business set-aside.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all aspects of the RFQ and is registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. 

Quotes are due 13FEB26 11:00 AM; All quotes must be submitted via email to dolan.p.brammer2.civ@army.mil.

Please review that attached Feeder Schedule's (4 total - 2 for ADT-MNOT / 2 for IDT-AT) for a breakdown of the required meals and ensure all quoted meals are incompliance with the provided menu.

Provide all necessary documents to prove compliance with PWS 1.5.1, 1.5.2, and 1.6.1.

If the government determines necessary, the government will inspect meals to ensure the quality standard described in the Performance Work Statement have been met. Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered, partial quotes will not be considered.

All Offerors must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov

Wage Determination 2015-4187 Rev: 34 Dated 12/03/2025 is included and applicable.

**Please note, all future amendments will be posted to www.sam.gov, it is the vendor's responsibility to check if any amendments have been issued at least 24 hours prior to the closing date of the solicitation. Individual notifications for amendments will not be sent.
