Solicitation for firm fixed price quote for quarterly fire sprinkler testing and inspection at 13 Indian Health Service Facilities located in
Belcourt & Ft. Yates, ND, Eagle Butte, Ft. Thompson, Kyle, Lower Brule, Mobridge, Pine Ridge, Rapid City, Rosebud, Sisseton, Wagner & Wanblee, SD. Period of performance will begin April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. There will be the option to extend services for four additional years: 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030.
All proposals must be submitted by March 5, 2026.
Facsimile proposals will not be allowed.
