Presolicitation Notice Department of Veterans Affairs U.S. GOVERNMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: USVI City: St. Croix Delineated Area: North: Hwy 76, Hwy 72, Jealousy Estate, Drummond Ave., Hey 732, Hwy 313, Salt Bay South: South(side) Shore East: Hwy 753, Hwy 82, Hwy 62 West: Montpellier Estate, Mountain Estate, Hwy 64 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,399 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,221 Space Type: Medical Office Parking Spaces (Total): 12 Parking Spaces (Surface): 12 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 ADA Full Term: 120 months Firm Term: 60 months Option Term: 0 Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).
